Writing a Constitution: Avoiding Inherent Flaws

The first half of this post are good arguments illustrating how present “constitutions” are invalid and nonenforceable. Excellent points, but nonetheless, those who purport to hold those powers also hold the guns and the keys to their jail.

The remainder are some very tentative ideas of how to form a proper corporation as government, with the citizens being stockholders with the option to “opt out” and other useful points.
