Voting in America, for Principle, or for the Lesser of Evils?

There is constant debate on the www over this question.  America has a desperate need to get rid of Obama, his cohorts and his insane agenda of collectivist force.  at this time the Republicans are thrashing about in the haystack, hoping to select a candidate who can beat Obama.  It seems that objective is considered by many to be the first priority of Election2012, and that group obviously feels principle takes the hind-seat.  IOW they will vote for the “Lesser of Evils” even if that means compromising the principles held firmly for their lifetime.  Many have never considered their principles to be important, leaving me to wonder why they bother to vote at all!

Being a Libertarian, I have no vote in the Republican primaries.  No matter what, I will never vote for Obama just as I didn’t vote for him in 2008.  I have always voted my Principles, holding those far above any “Lesser of Evils”.  In 2008 I did not vote for McCain despite realizing that Obama was the most dangerous candidate for president America has ever seen.  That year there were 132 million votes – what are the odds that any single vote will make a difference?  That’s a huge joke indeed!

America’s voting system has several deficiencies, one being no option to vote “none of the above”.  Were that an option with real potential, if None of the Above were to win the vote of the majority, it would or should have the effect of rejecting all candidates, thus starting over again from Square One.

In 1992 we had Clinton vs Bush Sr for Dem/Reps, and Perot as a real live candidate getting 18.9% of the vote representing “None of the Above”.  Clinton was awarded with the presidency with, not a majority, but with only 43% of the vote. That seems totally wrong to me.  That should have required a  new election with all new candidates.  ‘Tis bad enough to be subject to “Majority Rule” and worse still when we are Ruled by less than a majority.

The Democrats and Republicans have ganged up against Americans by getting laws in most states which make unreasonable requirements preventing other parties and/or candidates from being on the ballot.  No Party should EVER be superior to the Individual.  There should be no place on any ballot to choose straight party voting, which serves only to allow voters who have not bothered to study and know either the candidates or the issues to vote without engaging their brains.  Going a step beyond that, listing the party of each candidate results in much the same — it requires no real knowledge and very little thinking beyond looking for that (R) or (D).

Bottom line:  To spin that not voting for a candidate of a “major” party is somehow a vote for Obama is not only stupid, it’s downright insulting.  The Lesser of Evils is still Evil.

The Scenarios of Collapse

Readers may best read first the basics of the coming Collapse.

This begins from a comment in Sodahead:

In collapse, this bankrupt government can borrow no more, being unable to pay neither it’s ongoing bills nor it’s lackeys needed to enforce it’s mandates.  Government Disappears along with it’s  fiat money  and fiat debt secured only by ‘faith and credit’.   Thus Obama & Co and the Congress go down along with all the rest, but sadly will escape the punishment they so deserve.

The dominoes fall and the collapse quickly becomes global because all nations are running the same scams.  This entire planet, will then find itself  with No Governments aka Anarchy worldwide. That also means that nations of Force will have ceased to exist.

The many who have denied and are unprepared will die. What happens then is up to the survivors.  I believe the survivors will realize that it all happened because of humanity having accepted being Governed,  All those scenarios are beyond the scope of any single writer. I believe it is time that I take that situation into an article. Perhaps many articles will be needed for the myriad of possible scenarios. Thus I’ll be sharing that back here and elsewhere. That’s the Sodahead beginning mentioned.

Now for the Scenarios – there are SO many!

Government has disappeared; the dominoes have tumbled, and thus being without a government, we’re in anarchy, the purest possible Liberty.  We are without a government, a Constitution and without laws, all of which have gone away.

We can depend only upon the good morals of the Survivors, which would include criminals with no restraint except the to the extent that moral people defend those “within their circle” – basically their family, true friends, and hopefully good neighbors.  Because the entire human species has become so interdependent and everyone is reduced to having only goods and solid assets at hand,

Fiat money is worthless and unacceptable as our medium of exchange, We have only an exchange economy until the free market produces a new currency made secure by things of real value.

Meanwhile, every person and every business is “broke”, so continuing life is limited to stock on hand.  Producers cannot pay for the resources used in their products, nor for workers to turn resources into useful products.  Thus production will either cease entirely, or most goods and services may become unavailable.  Many or even all of those conveniences upon which everyone has become to rely upon may well no longer be available, Remember, the entire planet has fallen into economic collapse.

So now what are the possible scenarios?  WHAT IF.>>>

Utilities become unavailable, No Utility Company can long continue without revenue as a means of paying for labor, for the energy source used to produce and/or deliver that utility, and for the delivery of that energy source.  Without electricity your heat/AC can’t work, your refrigerator becomes a useless box of dead food; your water company cannot pump water to your home.

Communication media dies; your computer can’t run even to search for goods and supplies.  Phones, TV and internet can’t work… make your own list!  Without communications, how will we know anything that is going on with only a voice grapevine to spread the word?

Energy – who can drill for oil without workers, or without replacing worn drilling tools and pumps?  If one manages to pump some oil, how does it get to the ship or the pipeline or the refinery?  Again, the refineries will face same or similar difficulties.  Then the product must somehow reach that gas pump within your reach, but fiat money or credit cards are no longer acceptable as payment. 

So perhaps you have a generator.  Do you also have the fuel to run it indefinitely; the skills and parts to keep it running?

Or you’ve done the good thing and have a full PV solar system.  With only a grid inter-tie it will be largely useless without battery storage.  With batteries, will they survive thru the duration?   Do you trust your inverter forever?

Transportation – always requires Energy, of course.  All vehicles eventually wear and need parts or replacement.  Who remains to provide those?  Isn’t it best to figure that the gas in your tank will be a major limitation?

Food – and related daily needs as simple as toilet paper.   Without Energy no farmer can run his tractors to produce food, nor will trucks bring food to your store, nor would a store have means to handle frozen goods.  You plan a garden, but don’t have seed, or fertilizer, or even water to keep it alive?  Or maybe you’ve provided for those items, but your fridge has no energy to save the produce, you have no mason jars for canning food, or no energy for your stove?

War – Okay, let’s switch scenarios a bit. Let’s say that there are a few Rulers still at large, who manage to seize control of the bombs and missiles, so these see this as their golden opportunity to at last get control of the world, and if not, to go down swingin’.  These Rulers will never agree to share the spoils, so here comes WW3, which would surely be the apocalypse which so many await.  Can mankind survive the slaughter of ten thousand a-bombs?  Of course not!

Collapse is inevitable.  It is being brought upon humanity by the GOVERNments they have chosen to Rule them, and that if humanity is to survive, it must never again elect to turn it’s individual lives over to another. That means if we survive this gawdawful mess, we must find the good sense to adopt and diligently preserve a Voluntary system without permitting Force.  We can do this quite easily because we will not have to battle any GOVERNment which no longer exists.

I do not mean by this to show only gloom and doom, because there are solutions to everything.  It is probably impossible to prepare for all aspects of all scenarios, but surely it is best to have the means to deal with them even if such are most primitive.

The U.S. economy is dying and most American voters have no idea why it is happening.  Unfortunately, the mainstream media and most of our politicians are not telling the truth about the collapse of the economy.  This generation was handed the keys to the greatest economic machine that the world has ever seen, and we have completely wrecked it.


Decades of incredibly foolish decisions have left us drowning in an ocean of corruption, greed and bad debt.  Thousands of businesses and millions of jobs have left the country and poverty is exploding from coast to coast.  We are literally becoming a joke to the rest of the world.  It is absolutely imperative that we educate America about what is happening.  Until the American people truly understand the problems that we are facing, they will not be willing to implement the solutions that are necessary.

#100 A staggering 48.5% of all Americans live in a household that receives some form of government benefits.  Back in 1983, that number was below 30 percent.

#99 During the Obama administration, the U.S. government has accumulated more debt than it did from the time that George Washington took office to the time that Bill Clinton took office.

#98 Since Barack Obama was sworn in, the share of the national debt per household has increased by $35,835.

#97 The U.S. national debt has been increasing by an average of more than 4 billion dollars per day since the beginning of the Obama administration.

#92 State and local government debt has reached an all-time high of 22 percent of U.S. GDP.

…#86 The cost of a health insurance policy for the average American family rose by a whopping 9 percent last year, and according to a report put out by the Kaiser Family Foundation and the Health Research and Educational Trust, the average family health insurance policy now costs over $15,000 a year.

…#61 Between December 2000 and December 2010, 38 percent of the manufacturing jobs in Ohio were lost, 42 percent of the manufacturing jobs in North Carolina were lost and 48 percent of the manufacturing jobs in Michigan were lost.

Understanding inflation

Let’s begin with understanding what inflation really is. We must first recognize that when the price of something goes up, that actually represents the buying power of the units of money becoming weaker. When the buying power per unit is weaker, you simply need more money to get the same results.

As you can see from the above graph, the red line (the currency in circulation) has grown in a direct relation to the loss of buying power of the dollar. This is normal for the U.S. and everybody else.

The tipping point is interest rates. The government has forced down rates below inflation. It absolutely must keep them very low, or interest rate derivative guarantees will default, or debt interest payments or COLAs will kill them. Faith no more.

In a July press conference, President Obama explained why he would not settle for a six-month extension of the debt ceiling by saying that preparing a long-term budget is would not become easier in six months. ?It?s going to get harder, so we might as well do it now,? he argued. ?Pull of the Band-Aid, eat our peas. Now is the time to do it. If not now, when??

As it turns out, the federal government ate a very small serving of peas. The rate of spending growth will be reduced by 10% or 15% at most under the agreement that was reached. Obama is back to talking about tax increases and making ?the wealthiest Americans? pay ?their fair share.? He obviously thinks we?re the ones who have to tear off Band-Aids and choke down vegetables, by giving up more of the private sector to government control.

I will not eat my peas. I?m not interested in any more lectures about ?sacrifice? from politicians who never have to make do with less. When private citizens trapped in the Obama economy talk about making ?cuts? to their expenses, they?re not talking about slight reductions in the rate of growth.

I will not be a hostage. When the government spends a trillion dollars it doesn?t have, year after year, it is building a prison made of promises it cannot keep. Those who depend on government spending for their livelihood will soon discover the floor of that cage is a trap door, and it hangs over an abyss. Freedom lives in the absence of dependency. When a government that can only pay for sixty percent of what it takes forces itself into your life, it comes as a thief, not a savior.

I will not go to the back of the bus. Obama?s term began with a lot of boastful talk about how his political opponents should ?sit in the back of the bus,? and ?not do a lot of talking right now.? Now his Party seeks to silence its critics by calling them terrorists. American elections are not about choosing temporary groups of absolute rulers.

I will not get in people?s faces. Obama spends a lot of time sermonizing about our ?shared values.? He also spends a lot of time telling us to hate each other. In 2008, he exhorted a group of his followers to confront their neighbors, saying ?I want you to argue with them and get in their faces.? The success of a free nation is found in competition and cooperation, not domination and submission. I am not interested in knowing who follows ATM manufacturers and corporate jet owners on the President?s official list of public enemies.

I do not want a ?balanced approach.? The President uses the code phrase ?balanced approach? to badger us for tax increases. The people of the United States should not give the government any more money. It hasn?t earned such a demonstration of faith and trust from us. Congressional incumbents are re-elected 90% of the time, even in ?tidal wave? elections. I will not give more control of my life to people I have a 10% chance of firing, once every two to six years.

I do not want a Sputnik moment. The President called for unity and shared purpose by saying he wanted America to have a new ?Sputnik moment.? The last thing we need is a list of ?shared purposes? drafted by the State and imposed on us through regulations, penalties, and subsidies. The central planners of the Obama Administration have demonstrated their utter incompetence. I couldn?t care less about their dreams for the future. It is time for us to pursue our dreams, and our millions of diverse purposes. In the time it takes for a morbidly obese bureaucracy to cough up a list of five or six politically approved national priorities, a free nation can find prosperity through countless small adventures, from coast to coast.

I will not get off my sacred cow. Collectivism involves the compulsory sacrifice of private ambitions, in the name of ?compromise? and ?unity.? I will not wait for the State to tell me what I am allowed to desire. I don?t care if my dreams measure up to a politician?s standards, or pass his moral judgment. I will ride my sacred cows in peace, and allow you to do the same. We?ll occasionally meet in competition at the county fair, and see whose sacred cow takes the blue ribbon.

I am not the property of the State. I will not listen to talk of ?tax expenditures? or tax cuts the government cannot ?afford.? My labor belongs to me. I sell it voluntarily, for the best price I can obtain. I purchase the labor of others, for the lowest amount they will agree to. The government is a necessary expense we should all share, and keep as minimal as possible. The State does not have first claim on my time. My income is not a gift from the government. I will endure no talk of ?greedy? taxpayers, while so many pay no taxes at all. The millionth dollar earned by a wealthy man is his property, just as much as the first dollar I earn. We will tell the State how much money we are prepared to give it, and require a timely and precise budget of how that money will be spent.

I will not be transformed. I have watched one transformational claim after another, from ?social justice? to ?global warming,? exposed as a fraud. I will not be transformed. I require the government to perform its lawful duties, not concoct grandiose schemes to remake the population according to academic fantasies. I will not wait for the State to create jobs, conjure markets out of thin air, pick winners and losers, decide who ?deserves? to own a house, announce when citizens have ?made enough money,? pass judgment on our traditions, or calculate how much energy we are allowed to consume.

It is time for the bankrupt and dying State to be transformed. It is time for the architects of our massive national debt to eat their peas.

The Debt Crisis — to be continued

Yesterday it appeared, although without certainty, that the Senate and House have compromised this Debt Crisis thing to death.?

In the ABSENCE of “Some Bill” debt payment defaults would begin tomorrow.?

Instead, RINO John Boehner, hereinafter to be known as The Great Compromiser Without Principle, with his herd of sheeple Republicans, will make the worst conceivable move available, and will approve an increase to the debt limit.? You idiots thought election2010 was a win?? LOL!

Remember, Obama today is in a deep hole.? He cannot possibly explain away his huge part in the debt debacle.?

Remember that the House Republicans ARE in control.? If they merely pass NOTHING some defaults will begin tomorrow and Obama will be overwhelmed with the blame.? That will destroy all chances of Obama2012.? Isn’t that what we want??

But NO, Boehner & Gang will take sorry-ass Obama off the hook, a reprieve which may very well put Obama back in the running for 2012.? Is that what we want?

America’s “credit” is already in great trouble, whether Moody’s says so or not is unimportant.? Actually, the credit of the entire world is in trouble, because every government has debt and uses fiat money.?? This problem has no cure, collapse is inevitable.? We just can’t know exactly when it will hit!

Default is exactly what we want and need!? Congress must then actually do the right thing, cutting all spending until ALL deficits are cut to ZERO or lower!? Not only for today, but all in the future.? Remember that Trillion-Plus deficits are already set for the entire coming decade!

So today the mess is back to the House, where it can be expected that they fiddle and diddle the day and the night away trying to figure out the best way to screw the people yet again.? House Republicans will screw the pooch.?

Our odds are already terrible, but if we fail to get this word out this morning, we’re done for!

Why I support Ron Paul for President ? the Debt Limit is a crock!!!

According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, foreign aid to China totals $2.6 billion a year. The biggest donor is Japan, followed by Germany, France and Britain, then the U.S.

All of these countries, meanwhile, are in debt to China and running massive deficits.

U.S. aid, at $65 million a year, is relatively small thanks to sanctions imposed following Beijing’s 1989 military crackdown on pro-democracy demonstrators at Tiananmen Square. Still, why are we sending China any succor at all?

Note:? Twenty-one years after the violent Tiananmen Square crackdown prompted a U.S. embargo on arms sales to China, Beijing is welcoming signs that the Obama administration may be preparing to ease the restrictions.

It’s hard to justify giving foreign aid to a communist state when one considers the following facts:

? Beijing spends at least $100 billion a year building up its military and training the world’s largest army.

? It spends billions more on a space program.

? It spent tens of billions on the 2008 Olympics.

? It holds some $2.5 trillion in foreign reserves.

? It boasts the world’s most billionaires after the U.S.

Yet China still has its hand out, as if it were a Third World developing nation. And we keep treating it like a charity case.

China’s also one of the biggest World Bank borrowers, taking out more than $1.5 billion a year in loans. In the last two years China has become a major lender to the Third World ? lending more, in fact, than the World Bank over that time.

In Africa, China’s acting like a new colonial power. Hu recently pledged to double aid to Africa to gain access to the continent’s oil. Beijing’s already pumping billions into Nigeria, Angola and Sudan, where it’s also arming the brutal Khartoum regime.

Human-rights groups say China is using its foreign aid to prop up abusive regimes. But when did Beijing worry about human rights?

Are we really this foolish? Apparently so.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee ought to investigate why we’re still funding Beijing. Germany and Britain are phasing out humanitarian aid to China. Even Japan, whose generosity has been driven in part by a desire to make amends for its invasion of China in the 1930s, is cutting its aid down to grants and technical help for environmental and medical projects.

We shouldn’t be giving a government that’s developing the means to knock out our defenses and kill us with missiles one penny. Let it earn it by making things for Wal-Mart.

Remember:? For the first hundred years of the United States’ existence as a country, government aid was practically nonexistent. It was generally considered that the Constitution did not authorize the government to use the people’s money for foreign charity.

There was, however, some private aid from charitable foundations and religious organizations. Missionary societies, for instance, operated schools in Africa and other areas, and provided some scholarships for foreign students to study in the United States.

The Fallacy of ‘Spending Cuts’

This morning I read an article at Godfather Politics and the latest-greatest ruse in the efforts of Congress and pseudo-prez to put of reckoning with the impossible national debt.? This is all brought upon us by the desperate “need” to bump up the debt limit.

I usually dislike videos, but take one minute to watch this CATO goodie:


Okay, here’s the deal.? We have known for some months that spending and the? debt-limit were at odds, and that something has to give.? Having this FY”s $1.65 TRILLION deficit staring us in the face and “necessitating” pushing up the debt limit finally, after much ado the criminals in D.C. finally cut $39 Billion (NOT trillion) from the Spending Side.? 1.4 of? 1% of the problem — not even a good token.? But Congress gave it’s Gov a Continuing Resolution (one of several) to defer the problem for a month or two.

Well, the latest CR is now expiring, and there is no solution in sight.? Why?? Because we People know, and Congress knows as well, that we must either bite the debt bullet NOW, or we can simply raise that nasty little debt limit and play the game for a little longer.? How much longer?? Who really knows, but not much longer.

So then come pseudo-prez with a “brilliant” proposal to raise taxes $600 billion.? That went over like a lead balloon, remember?? So pseudo-prez comes back with a WOW FOUR TRILLION DOLLAR Spending Cut!? Sounds so great, huh.? Well sorry, that “spending cut” proposal was NOT about today, it was not a cut at all!

That “cut” proposed that rather than the next decade having $10 trillion in more DEFICITS, they would reduce that Deficit to $6 trillion.? IOW not ending deficits at all, only having them be not quite so huge.? What does that mean?? Raising the debt limit another $6 trillion.? Well, that met with a no-no from Republicans, BUT they have now come back proposing that the $4 Trillion cuts are too great, so how about $2 Trillion in cuts?? Keep in mind now, that would mean the next decade’s deficits would be reduced from $10 trillion to “merely” $8 trillion.

Enough for now – August 2nd is coming – and we can expect the D.C. dummies will continue to play.

PEOPLE

The Preamble does not specifically define the word “People.” Nevertheless, the definition becomes apparent in the context of the other words and prior history.

HISTORY

Before the United States existed, there was no legal government. A group of representatives, acting “in the name and by the authority of the good people of these colonies,” declared the independence of the colonies from the British Crown and the state of Great Britain.

From the beginning, in the 1776 Declaration of Independence, the people were acknowledged as the source of authority, i.e. the sovereignty which authorized the Declaration of Independence.

Next came the 1778 Articles of Confederation. The states that existed by the authority of the people, created those Articles while in Congress assembled. That didn’t work as well as expected.

In 1787 the people themselves came forth “to ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America” [see Preamble]. On September 17th, 1787, the states held a convention and all those present unanimously joined in. [see last paragraph of U.S. Constitution]

So, in 1787, unanimous concurrence was achieved and the Constitution was born, later to be ratified.

ANALYSIS OF PREAMBLE

The Preamble defines the context in which the remainder of the Constitution must be interpreted. Most of it is self explanatory. Here’s an explanation that points to popular sovereignty:

After the Declaration of Independence, but before the ordainment and establishment of the Constitution, the people of the United States pretty much handled their own affairs using the common law. They were not subject to any higher authority other than the authority of the common law as administered by the people themselves (self governance). Although the states did exist, they only existed by the authority of the people. Every man was a king, and every woman a queen–and none had any subjects. Upon declaring our independence, we all became sovereigns and members of the peerage (nobility).

“The people of this State, as the successors of its former sovereign, are entitled to all the rights which formerly belonged to the King by his prerogative. Through the medium of their Legislature they may exercise all the powers which previous to the Revolution could have been exercised either by the King alone, or by him in conjunction with his Parliament; subject only to those restrictions which have been imposed by the Constitution of this State or of the U.S.”

The enabling actions in the Preamble are significant because there is simply nothing in the use of those words to imply that the People relinquished any of their own power and authority. The People declared the law (ordain) without taking away from themselves the authority to declare law again in the future. The People established the Constitution without taking away from themselves the authority to establish anything else in the future. In other words, the people gave birth to the Constitution without giving up any of their own power and authority.

What was before, continues to be so today.

From the context of the Preamble, one may conclude that the laws of the United States do not apply to People. The People, as ordainers and establishers of the country are sovereigns of the country, may not be involuntarily subjected to the laws of the United States.

Because of Amendment X (“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” the government has no authority, and cannot assume any authority over the People. Government powers may not reach beyond that which is constitutionally granted. In order for the government to subject People to its law it is necessary for the People to relinquish their sovereignty. Sovereignty is a natural right which cannot lawfully be relinquished involuntarily. Any removal of sovereignty must be accomplished voluntarily by the subject himself.

DEFINITION OF CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES?

HISTORY

Before ratification of the Amendment XIV , there was no legal definition of the term “citizen of the United States.” The term was used, but only generally. After the Civil War the slaves were freed but there was no legal basis to recognize them as having any rights. Amendment XIV partially solved that problem.

“Free the slaves,” was the rallying cry combined with the Civil War that resulted in Amendment XIV. Amendment XIV created a new class of person called “citizen of the United States.” Any ex-slave could now claim citizenship, and, by the way, so could any of the People if they so chose to do. Amendment XIV made possible the voluntary relinquishment of personal sovereignty.

It was also during the mid 1800′s that the various governments took control of the school systems. The curriculum shifted from civics (the study of natural rights and common law) to American government (the study of civil privileges and statutory law). Emphasis was also refocused on “good citizenship”. To blunt the people’s perception, the civil privileges were called civil rights. The transition from teaching “natural rights” to teaching “civil rights” took about 100 years (from the 1850′s to the 1950′s). During the 1950′s the school systems changed the courses named from “Civics” to “American Government.” Hardly anyone now is aware of the subject of civics as a school course.

The phrase, “citizens of the United States,” is defined in the Constitution for the United States of America, Amendment XIV:

Section 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Section 5. “The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”

QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF AMENDMENT XIV

As discussed above, the People are sovereign. The People are not subject to the jurisdiction of the federal government, even though they are born in the United States.

Amendment XIV inverts the relationship. One of the qualifications to be a citizen of the United States is that one must be born or naturalized in the United States. Another qualification is that one must be, “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” It is not possible to be a citizen of the United States without being born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. But, if you are born or naturalized, and if you are subject to the jurisdiction, then you automatically qualify as a citizen of the United States.

From the point of view of the federal enforcers, the qualifications are worked in reverse. They reverse-interpret Amendment XIV as saying that if you say you are a citizen of the United States, then that automatically means you are totally subject to its jurisdiction [and have been born or naturalized]. This opinion is not shared by the judicial branch. See 14 C.J.S. 426, 430:

The particular meaning of the word “citizen” is frequently dependent on the context in which it is found[25], and the word must always be taken in the sense which best harmonizes with the subject matter in which it is used[26].”One may be considered a citizen for some purposes and not a citizen for other purposes, as, for instance, for commercial purposes, and not for political purposes[27]. So, a person may be a citizen in the sense that as such he is entitled to the protection of his life, liberty, and property, even though he is not vested with the suffrage or other political rights[28].

In any case, if you fail to object to the government’s view of citizenship, then you will most certainly be subjected to the laws of the government. That means no rights, only privileges. ?ONE OF THE PEOPLE OR ONE OF THE CITIZENS?

The first issue to be resolved in any court proceeding is that of jurisdiction. Does the one entity have jurisdiction over the other entity? One should never go into court without a clear understanding as to whether he is there as a citizen, or there as one of the people.

If you claim you are a citizen of the United States, then it is strongly implied (though not necessarily true) that you are subject to the laws of the United States. On the other hand, if you are one of the People, then it is legally implied that you are a legal king, with a sovereignty superior to that of the United States, and subject only to the common law of the other kings (your peers). In short: the People are superior to the government, the government is superior to the citizens. That is the hierarchy.

As a king you “are entitled to all the rights which formerly belonged to the King by his prerogative.” You can do what you want to do when you want to do it. You have your own property and your own courts. There is no limit as to what you may do other than the natural limits of the universe, and the sovereignty of a fellow sovereign. You should treat the other sovereign in accordance with the Golden Rule, and at the very least must never harm him. Your sovereignty stops where the other sovereignty begins. You are one of the owners of the American government, and it is their promise that they will support your sovereignty (i.e. they have promised to support the Constitution and protect it from all enemies). You have no allegiance to anyone. The government, your only [public] servant, has an allegiance to you.

As a citizen, you are only entitled to whatever your sovereign grants to you. You have no rights. If you wish to do something that would be otherwise illegal, you must apply for a license giving you special permission. If there is no license available, and if there is no specific permission granted in the statutes, then you must apply for special permission or a waiver in order to do it. Your only allegiance is to your sovereign (the government), and that allegiance is mandated by your sovereign’s law (the government, though not absolutely sovereign, is sovereign relative to you if you claim to be a citizen of the sovereign).

Here is a typical example:

As one of the People you have a right to travel, unrestricted, upon the public highways. You have right to carry guests with you in your automobile. You have a right to own a gun and that right shall not be impaired by your servant, the government. You have a right to a grand jury indictment and a trial by jury, that is a trial directly by the people, not the government.

As one of the citizens, you may not travel by automobile unless you are either a licensed motor vehicle driver, or you are a passenger with permission to be on board. Gun ownership is a privilege subject to definition and regulation. You do not have a right to a jury trial in all cases, and no right to grand jury indictment–a trial is a trial by the government, not the people.

August 2nd Default will be blamed on the Republicans!

This morning I started with a GoogleSearch for “”August 2nd” Default”" and zipped up 14 million returns.

Who did not KNOW this would be coming?? The Left is already well along on developing it’s Blame Strategy.? Beginning with this:

“The world as we know it may very well end on August 2nd. This won?t be the end of the world in a metaphysical or spiritual sense, but rather in a financial and economical one because of the incredible, almost unbelievable stupidity of the extreme members of the Republican Party. I submit that quote not because the author has any truth to provide, but to show you all the spin which has already begun.

I have been saying “Oh yeah, the Republicans will give up their bluster about refusing to raise the debt limit”, because the Left will spin it all to make it seem as though the Republicans are at fault for default and the collapse of America”. ? So here it begins already, and I can say that “I Told You So!”.

In a nutshell, here’s the problem:

The FY deficit is $1.65 Trillion – that is the DEFICIT for this FY ending September 30th.? The only way of covering that shortfall is by allowing the Treasury to sell more debt, that being nothing more valuable than another issue of fiat money.? TheFed “buys” that debt as “agent” for the Treasury and resells it (at some discount rate) to others, being investors, businesses with excess cash, other countries, etc.

The Federal revenue (from taxes) is only about 70% of the obligations, which means that 30% of everything the Treasury pays out must be borrowed.? If the debt limit of $14.3 Trillion is not raised, it has been calculated that on August 2nd the Treasury MUST default on 30% of it’s payment obligations.

There are two ways of avoiding raising the debt limit.? Whether for a Nation or for a company, the only rational solution is to immediately cut expenditures to match revenue, by NO LESS than the amount remaining due this Fiscal Year.?? Keep in mind that will take care of ONLY a relatively short period of time – next FY it starts all over again!

That means defunding favorites like the EPA, OSHA, FBI, NEA, TEA, AgDept, Czars, Justice Dept, ICE, IRS, Foreign Aid, FEMA, FCC, ATF, BLM, BIA, FTC, ZeroCare, NASA and ALL PORK,until the outgo is equal to OR LESS THAN revenue.? NEVER forget that the only place Gov gets revenue is from YOU!? Why send them any more to maintain the charade?? This Gov is beyond saving, and Good Riddance!

In case you’ve forgotten, thus far Congress has managed not $1.65 Trillion in cuts, but only a token? $39 Billion.

The other way?? Last week Obama came forth with another non-solution, asking for a $600 Billion tax increase as a “Reward”??? for raising the debt limit.? Look, Stupid, when you are up to your ass in alligators you don’t feed them, you get the hell out of the swamp!

So what will happen?? The Republicans will cave, because they’re too damn chicken to bite the bullet and get real about the coming economic collapse.? They will raise the debt limit or perhaps even agree to Remove that pesky detail.? It won’t be on Principal or rational economics, it will be simply that they don’t want to be blamed for the collapse.

Now despite that the worst of this ballooning debt is the fault of the Democrats a.k.a. Collectivists, since 2006 and made much worse since the election of pseudo-prez in 2008, rest assured that the Left will spin the blame for any default to the Republicans, who will be unequal to the challenge.? Therefore the debt limit WILL be raised, the buildup to collapse will continue but be a bit delayed, and We the People will continue to be screwed by this Government We so revere.

In case you’re wondering, that collapse became unavoidable on the Day of TARP, and we have seen nothing but “tinkering” since that day.? The tinkering has continued with bailouts and stimulus and many things, but nothing has improved while the debt continues to pile up.

This collapse will be much more than another “recession dip”, it’s going to be The Greatest Depression, and this insane Government will simply disappear.? The Keynesians and the Left and the grey Middle RINOS and other confused politicos will disappear along with their (not our) Government.

If there is a Question here, it is simply WHAT is ANYONE going to do to prevent it?

Are you ready now to help formulate a Voluntary System, where the people chose and pay for what they want, in the free market?? Or do you want to just continue self-abuse and more Rulers and just become extinct?
